Our sea moss is wildcrafted from the pristine waters of the Caribbean and naturally sun-dried to preserve its powerful oceanic nutrients. Unlike pool-grown or oven-dried alternatives, our sourcing and drying methods maintain the nutritional benefits and offer premium quality.

How does Mosse approach safety?

Mosse is a fully dried, shelf-stable powder. In general, microbial risks are more commonly associated with products that contain moisture, especially if they are not properly controlled. 

 

Our product is manufactured in a facility which complies with strict safety requirements, and is subject to regular food safety audits.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are generally delivered 3-5 business days from the shipment date. Pre-orders are subject to additional wait times based on the delivery estimate on the product page.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders $50+ within Canada.  

Flat rate shipping applies for all orders below $50.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada and the United States. 

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing?

If your order arrives damaged or you believe something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
