Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are generally delivered 3-9 business days from the shipment date. Pre-orders are subject to additional wait times based on the delivery estimate on the product page.

We use Canada Post as our shipping partner for most orders.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders $50+ within Canada. For US orders, and orders below $50, pricing is displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada and the USA.

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing?

If your order arrives damaged or you believe something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
